Hangul is the Hunminjeongeum, created by King Sejong, the fourth king of the Joseon Dynasty, and is the source of Hangul today. It was created in 1443 and spread in 1446.

So the museum's name usually cites his name 'Sejong.'

박물관 관람 후, 인근의 볼거리로는 두 개의 능들이 있어요! 하나는 세종대왕과 소헌왕후가 같이 묻힌 ‘영릉’이고, 다른 하나는 효종대왕과 인선왕후의 합장묘인 ‘영릉’이에요. ♣ 발음은 ‘영릉’으로 같지만, 한자가 다른, 엄연히 다른 왕릉이에요 ♣
